Enough for 1kg Chicken / 4 Chicken Thighs.
Preparation:
1.) Place the chicken pieces on a baking paper.
2. ) Mix the seasoning mix with 5 tablespoons of oil, spread the mixture over the meat with a brush.
3.) Fry it in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection 175°C) for 50-60 minutes until crispy.
