No, you can shop without registering a customer account. However, having a customer account will allow a tailored shopping experience and faster check-out. It only requires your email address and a password.

No, there is no minimum order amount.
We offer payment with Visa, Master, Apple Pay, Google Pay and FPS.
When selecting FPS as payment option, you will see the payments details. We will also include it in the confirmation email. We will only process your order if paid. Please send us a screenshot of your payment. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
After you have placed an order, you will get an email from us stating what you have ordered. If you are a registered customer, you can also review your order in your account.
Yes, we offer Click & Collect without minimum spending. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
If you suddenly can't come and pick up your oder, please inform us timely.
We deliver to all areas in Hong Kong.
For orders to islands, such as Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau, we can only arrange a delivery to the according pier or to another pick-up point. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
Yes, you can preselect a delivery date in the cart page.
If you place your order before 17:00 PM, you will receive your order the next working day.
For orders after this cut-off time, the order will be delivered 2 working days later. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
Before you receive your order, one of our drivers will contact you to arrange a delivery time with you.

We do two delivery attempts. If you will be absent during both delivery attempts and we or the driver are unable to contact you, the driver will take the order back to the warehouse. In this case, we reserve our right to charge you an additional fee for rescheduling your delivery. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Yes, we don't offer deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. In case a typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted, deliveries will be suspended until further notice. In this case, we will contact you to reschedule a delivery time and date.
We offer same-day delivery until 17:00 PM no matter where in Hong Kong. Please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order so we can calculate the delivery fee. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
Return & Refund
If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact form latest 17:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery.
If you want to request a return, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours after receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
