Traditional Japanese sticky rice cake made of glutinous rice. Vegan. Gluten-free. How to use: Simply pan-fry in a lightly oiled, covered pan over medium-low heat, turning once. Serve with dips or fillings of your choice, sweet or savoury. To oven-bake, cut mochi into 1-1.5” squares and bake in a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes. They will puff. Refrigerate after opening.
